Engineering Project Team Manager
A company is looking for an Engineering Innovation Project Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of project leaders to ensure timely delivery of projects related to new product introduction, cost savings, and capability development
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while facilitating communication and reporting
Recruit, coach, and develop project leaders, and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
BS in Engineering
Minimum 7 years in Product Development and/or Project Management within engineering
Ability to teach project leadership skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
Experience in managing team performance and resolving capability gaps
Proven track record in project management processes and systems
