Act as an ongoing collaborator to ensure success.\r\nDevelop, document, and communicate exemplary processes, procedures, practices, and workflows within the studio and firm.\r\nCollaborate with firmwide marketing and Client Engagement Leaders to create new business and/or further existing engagements.\r\nParticipate in firmwide Digital Practice strategies focused on innovation, implementation, and tool development.\r\nParticipate in AEC Forums, User Groups, and Conferences in order to demonstrate Perkins&Will's leadership in Digital Practice, Digital Transformation, & AEC Technology.\r\nManage and mentor studio-based Digital Practice team members\r\nProject Support\r\nAdvise project leadership and design staff on digital strategy, ensuring that the right technology approach and resources align with project goals and aspirations across the full project lifecycle.\r\nCommunicate with clients and partners regarding project digital design matters when needed.\r\nStructure and conduct continuing education workshops and assist with curriculum development.\r\nRepresent, coordinate, and collaborate with the firmwide Digital Practice team to develop and promote the local adoption of new technologies and workflows.\r\nProactively maintain and communicate current knowledge relative to design, delivery, and research, cultivating a culture of innovation.\r\nPROFICIENCIES\r\n7+ years of experience in all phases of the architectural design and production process, as well as commitment and passion for learning new design application technologies and strategies.\r\nStrong communication skills; written, oral, and graphic representation.\r\nGeneral aptitude and comfort level with training and technical support, both one-on-one and in-group settings.\r\nAdvanced proficiency with software skills on projects, such as Visualization, Computational Design/Coding, and Environmental Analysis applications.\r\nHigh-level of proficiency leveraging Revit, Enscape, Blender, Rhino, and Grasshopper in the architectural production process, including the ability to administer, configure, and maintain the applications.\r\nLICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS / EDUCATION\r\nBachelor's Degree in related field\r\nLEED GA within 6 months of hire\r\nProfessional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation, preferred.\r\nActive involvement in AXP, or starting the ARE Process, preferred.\r\nAt Perkins&Will, we are committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our team members.
