Let's build a collection of memories together!Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet the service needs of guests, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in restaurant areas while supporting restaurant staff and kitchen team to provide exceptional service to our guests.Clean and reset tables quickly to ensure efficient turnover and cleaning.Support waiters by delivering food and drinks from the kitchen to table areas and assisting with any additional guest requests.Ensure that all necessary supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, are stored and available for guests and staff.Perform regular cleaning tasks in dining areas, including cleaning tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.Assist kitchen staff with tasks such as taking food orders, organizing tableware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.Anticipate and communicate restocking needs.At the end of each closing shift, secure all elements and storage areas.Complete closing tasks.Prepare a daily shopping list to maintain a healthy inventory level as indicated by the manager.Follow all company policies and procedures, safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards.Perform other reasonable job tasks as requested by supervisors.QualificationsHospitality orientation.Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Technical knowledge and experience in food and beverages.Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).Benefits401(k) planEmployer contribution to 401(k)The Condado Collection is an equal opportunity employer.
