Job Description The Learning Consultant supports Learning Partners in executing the Learning & Development strategy by consulting and delivering learning solutions. They apply understanding of key business priorities, processes, and industry best practices to work with stakeholders, design experts, and operational support points to identify performance needs and gaps, collaborate on desired outcomes, and build strong relationships within an integrated learning network.
