IDS TPSS supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) in delivering mission-critical systems and services. The effort provides a wide range of technical, project management, engineering, logistics, training, and administrative support for air, ship, shore, expeditionary, and surveillance systems that directly support warfighter operations.\n\nThe Program Manager will serve as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort, overseeing all aspects of program execution.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAs the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the IDS Division Government leadership, manages and addresses technical, program, and project-related issues, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.\nResponsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the work of contractor personnel, ensuring efficient program and project operations.\nOrganizes, plans, and oversees the production of all contract and subcontract support activities, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements.\nMaintains and updates the personnel charging Staffing Plan, which includes detailed breakdowns of TDL and project funding per Contract Line Item Number (CLIN)/SubLine Item Number (SLIN)/Accounting Classification Reference Number (ACRN).\nProvides strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success across all areas of the TO.\n\nBowhead is seeking to connect with qualified individuals regarding a potential opportunity, contingent upon contract award and not currently funded. Please note that unsolicited inquiries and third-party applications will not be accepted.\n\nQualifications:\nAt least ten (10) years of experience and a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree plus four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s.\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Secret clearance at this location.\n\nAnticipated Salary range is $100,000- $175,000 commensurate with experience.\n\nPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
