You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.\nThe Role\nAs a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical elements of the sales process through the discovery of customer requirements and the positioning of our products to meet those needs.  You will use your experience and knowledge to clearly articulate our value to the customer through presentations, demonstrations, and the successful completion of proof-of-concept evaluations. In addition, the Senior Solutions Engineer is expected to serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to other team members. This role will focus on a Territory in the greater Montreal area.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nDeliver solution presentations, demonstrations and recommendations to prospects and customers.\nDevelop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews.\nAssist in response to Request for Proposals/Information.\nRepresent BeyondTrust at Trade Shows, Seminars, and other Company Events.\nUse common Sales & Marketing applications such as Salesforce, Confluence, Skytap, etc.\nDocument customer's technical requirements and build Proof-of-Concept (POC) documentation to track and address customer priorities and objectives.\nProvide support for BeyondTrust Partners.\nContinue to develop both BeyondTrust product and industry knowledge.\nTrain and mentor other Solutions Engineers.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or related field\n5+ years of experience as a pre-sales, support and/or implementation engineer in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Security Applications, and/or Enterprise Security Applications such as ITDR, SIEM,  CIEM, etc.\n7+ years of experience working for global software vendors\nAbility to highlight product differentiators against competitors.\nPrior experience presenting enterprise security products at trade shows and security conferences.\nPrior documentation or project management experience in deploying enterprise software solutions.\nSignificant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Databases, and Network Devices\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 50%.\nWorking knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V and SkyTap virtual environments.\nBi-lingual in English and French\n\nNice To Have\n\nCertifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH\nBuilding, supporting, and selling security solutions experience preferred.\nExperience with BeyondTrust products.\nAPI and Webhook Scripting\n\nBetter Together\nDiversity.
