influence decisions, communicate clearly, and operate with ownership.\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve the data foundation, partnering with data engineering and analytics engineering teams to improve tooling, data models, and self-service capabilities.\r\nRequirements: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related analytical function.\r\n3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing analysts or analytics teams.\r\nStrong SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets.\r\nExperience using data to influence business decisions in a high-growth, product-led, marketplace, e-commerce, SaaS, travel, fintech, logistics, or similarly complex operating environment.\r\nStrong business judgment, with the ability to connect analytics work to revenue, margin, customer experience, operational efficiency, or strategic priorities.\r\nExperience building scalable analytics processes, dashboards, reporting standards, and prioritization systems.\r\nClear communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nA strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining
