As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of Regent’s apartment communities, creating memorable experiences for prospective and current residents. This is an on-site position in Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row neighborhood.Your day-to-day will include:Job Responsibilities:Engaging with Prospects and Residents – Greet, qualify, and build relationships with potential residents, helping them find their perfect home..Showcasing Our Stunning Community – Conduct tours of the apartments and highlight what makes each community a special place to live.Ensuring a Seamless Leasing Experience – Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and ensure every detail is handled with care.Driving Occupancy Goals – Use your sales and marketing skills to generate leads through phone, internet, and social media.Creating a True Sense of Community – Plan and host exciting resident events that make our property feel like home.Building Local Connections – Network with apartment locators and businesses to keep our property top of mind.What We’re Looking For:Experienced Sales/Hospitality/Customer Service Professional – 2+ years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience. Experience in real estate leasing or sales is a definite plus!Passion for People & Customer Service – You thrive on creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.Marketing & Tech Savvy – You know how to use social media, networking, and traditional marketing to attract new residents.Weekend Availability – Because the best leasing professionals know that weekends are prime leasing time!Education – High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and other commercial real estate software programs.Benefits:This position offers a base salary + leasing bonuses + discretionary annual bonusesRobust health insurance package including dental/vision401(k) plan Potential rent discount (for individuals who wish to live at one of the apartment communities)Job Type: Full-Time
