You will work directly with the founders, learn fast, and ship to production every week on systems that touch real members, real dollars, and real care decisions.\n\n*What You'll Do*\n\n* Build features end-to-end alongside the founders — schema, API, UI, and email/notification flows — with guidance and code review on the harder pieces.\n* Work in our Next.js 16 + Supabase + Vercel stack and learn each layer deeply over time.\n* Contribute to our Supabase backend: writing migrations, helping design Row-Level Security policies, and shipping Edge Functions for background tasks.\n* Integrate third-party APIs (identity, payment, document, partner systems) with attention to retries, idempotency, and error handling.\n* Help build and maintain transactional email flows in Resend.\n* Ship continuously to Vercel with preview URLs for every PR.\n* Use Cursor and AI-assisted workflows as part of your daily toolkit — we expect you to lean on them while still owning what gets merged.\n* Pick up the conventions of a healthcare platform handling sensitive data: testing, observability, audit logging, and operational discipline.\n\n*Tech You'll Work With*\n\n* Frontend — Next.js 16 (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix.\n* Backend — Supabase (Postgres, Auth, RLS, Edge Functions, Storage, Realtime).\n* Deployment — Vercel (preview + prod), GitHub Actions for CI.\n* Tooling — Cursor, GitHub, pnpm, Turborepo, Playwright, Vitest.\n* Compliance context — HIPAA-aligned engineering and healthcare privacy best practices; you don't need to know HIPAA today, you’ll learn what matters on the job.\n\n*What We're Looking For *\n\n* 1–3 years of production experience in TypeScript and React — or equivalent through strong personal projects, internships, freelance work, or a CS / bootcamp background.\n* Comfort building React components, working with React hooks, and reading existing codebases.\n* Working knowledge of Postgres or another relational database — you've written SQL queries and can reason about tables, joins, and indexes.\n* Exposure to Next.js or a similar framework (Remix, SvelteKit, Nuxt, etc.).
