The ideal candidate has at least one year of forklift experience and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, and unload packaging materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport products and materials throughout the warehouse.\nReceive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.\nOrganize inventory in designated storage areas according to system guidelines.\nPull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.\nPerform regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.\nConduct routine forklift inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues promptly.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.\nCollaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and meet deadlines.\nFollow all Flexpak safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.\nQualifications and Skills\nMinimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or similar setting.\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.\nCapable of standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.\nStrong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for safe operation.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nProven understanding of safety practices and protocols in warehouse environments.\nDependable, self-motivated, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.\n\nBenefits:\nFlexpak is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week.
