As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the CIO is accountable for all processes and teams associated with the following areas: IT platform architecture, IT systems software, hardware, databases, data and voice networks, data processing operations, and end user technology and software. The CIO maintains strong relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives in the deployment of new systems and software.

Job Requirements
Education
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
Experience
Required
Minimum of 10 years managing and leading information technology professionals in private/public industry with primary responsibility for IT support and related functions.
Significant experience in leading high impact change in a team-oriented culture.
Demonstrated success in managing a diverse workforce within a multi-disciplined enterprise IT work center.
Desired
IT management and leadership experience within the utility industry or related enterprise comprising both conventional IT functions as well as Operational Technologies (e.g. SCADA).
Three or more years managing and leading IT professionals in an executive leadership capacity
License and Certification Requirements
Required
Valid driver’s license from state of residence
