Tool Repair Specialist/Technician

Qualifications: Experience in Electrical AC/DC Mechanical Background; Problem Solving/Tool/Processes Knowledge Experience in fixing small tools and repairing machinery Computer Skills Knowledge of Shipping / Receiving / Packaging / Warehousing Operations Forklift / Pallet Jack / Safety Understanding Knowledge of Machinery and Tools / Manufacturing Examples of day-to-day tasks (in no way limited to these tasks): Fix and refurbish returned machines Receive and test new products Work on constant improvements to existing machines in all product lines Improve product packaging and style Manage Returns Break down parts of unsellable machines and integrate into parts inventory Answer technical questions via phone and email about products (potential & existing customers) Maintain efficiency in warehouse operations Picking and filling orders as needed Back up Sales, Fulfillment and Warehouse We're looking for either a full or part time small tool repair technician. Hours could be flexible if part time during M-F business hours or full time depending on candidates qualifications. If you have repair experience feel free to apply!
