Job Description Job Summary:Simon Bros Roofing and Restoration, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Roofing Technician to join our team. This position involves assisting with roofing projects while performing general maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in the field.Key Responsibilities:Assist with roofing work in day-to-day management of job, including minor repairs, warranty and claim work and maintenanceSafely set up, secure, and take down ladders and job site equipmentPick up, transport, and organize materials and suppliesPerform basic handyman tasks, including but not limited to:Minor sheetrock/drywall repairInterior and exterior paintingGeneral property maintenance and touch-upsMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesQualifications:Previous roofing, construction, or general labor experience preferredBasic handyman skills (drywall, painting, minor roofing repairs)Ability to safely use ladders, tools, and equipmentValid driver's license Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and dependable attendancePreferred Skills:Experience with roofing materials and repair techniquesFamiliarity with common construction and maintenance toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityCompensation & Benefits:$20 – $30 per hour, depending on experiencePotential for bonusOpportunities for growth and advancementConsistent, year-round work Company DescriptionSimon Bros.
