Litigation Paralegal
A well‑established plaintiff‑side personal injury law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of personal injury cases, from initial intake through trial or settlement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing a high‑volume caseload in a fast‑paced litigation environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys with all aspects of personal injury litigation, including pre‑suit and active litigation mattersDraft, review, and assist with pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondenceManage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and litigation schedulesCoordinate records requests, including medical records, billing, employment, and expert materialsAssist with case investigation, including summarizing medical records, police reports, and discovery responsesCommunicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, courts, and opposing counselPrepare and organize materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trialAssist with file organization, document management, and e‑filing in state and/or federal courtsTrack case status and support attorneys with settlement preparation and trial preparation as neededQualificationsPrior experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in plaintiff personal injury (auto, premises liability, catastrophic injury, etc.)Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures and deadlinesStrong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareParalegal certificate or relevant education preferred (but not always required with experience)What the Firm OffersCompetitive compensation based on experienceBenefits package [health, dental, vision, PTO, etc., as applicable]Supportive, team‑oriented environmentOpportunity to work on meaningful plaintiff‑side cases and directly impact client outcomesWhy This RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who enjoys hands‑on case involvement, regular client interaction, and working closely with attorneys in a plaintiff‑focused practice.
