We focus on continuous improvement, on-time delivery, and the highest possible quality and consistency.\nJob Summary:\nThe Environmental Health, and Safety Manager will develop, coordinate, and implement health policies and procedures to promote and ensure effective safety operations in the organization.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nInspects the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.\nInspects safety equipment; recommends replacements.\nConducts safety inspections and audits to assess employee compliance with safety regulations.\nDevelops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.\nDrafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.\nDevelops and implements health and safety policies and procedures for all areas of the company.\nReviews existing safety training and recommends revisions, improvements, and updates.\nPrepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.\nProvides technical and administrative support to the safety committee.\nStops operations and activities that could harm employees or equipment.\nEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.\nEnsures completion of required OSHA recordkeeping and reporting.\nEnsures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.\nMaintains records of discharge or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.\nCompletes accident and incident reports.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExtensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.\nExtensive knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to conduct training.\nProficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, Environmental Health, or related field required.\nFive years of related experience preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nPhysically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nWillingness to travel to additional Precinmac entities, including but not limited to Viper Northwest, with regularity.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nCompetitive base salary and annual bonus tied to company and individual performance\nComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match\n\nAffirmative Action/EEO Statement: We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
