By having everyone on campus together, we have been able to nurture a fantastic social and dynamic environment.  About The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven US Financial Analyst to support our Direct sales team for the U.S. Business. In this role, you will ensure alignment with Dyson’s core growth pillars while supporting the financial delivery of the Direct business. You will partner closely with US finance teams and the commercial team to provide actionable financial analysis, achieve financial objectives, and build reporting that enhances business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial LeadershipAnalyze financial results, variances, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Prepare and present regular and ad hoc financial reports for managementAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesIdentify untapped margin or growth opportunities—in partnership with sales teams.Support financial audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulationsReporting & InsightsPrepare and present monthly financial reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.Develop financial reporting tools.Present strategic findings and recommendations for executive decision-making.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with business units to gather inputs for financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.Partner with operations, marketing, and sales teams to evaluate new initiatives and investment opportunities, providing financial insights.Assist in developing long-term financial strategies, including investment analysis.About You:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2-3 years of finance experience, with a focus on financial analysis or financial planning and analysis.Strong knowledge of financial principles, analysis, and reporting practicesProficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems preferredAnalytical thinker with attention to detail and accuracyEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Benefits:At Dyson, how we reward you is linked to our high-performance culture.
