The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate sales associates, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, organizing sales promotions, implementing effective sales techniques, and developing team training programs. The role requires achievement of sales goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
