CARE Floater Program Staff

Position SummaryWe are seeking an adaptable, confident Floater Program Staff member to support multiple before‑ and after‑school sites across the district. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in new environments, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude everywhere they go. Floaters are essential team members who step in wherever they’re needed, offering immediate support to staff, students, and Site Directors. Must have an outgoing personality and be willing to jump in wherever needed without waiting to be asked. This position will require reliable transportation as they will be traveling to different program sites based on scheduling needs. Floaters work with many teams and environments, providing immediate support and positive engagement across locations.Join us for the 26-27 school year and make a difference in children's lives.In this role, you'll actively engage in activities that create a joyful and memorable experience for our young participants. You will also lead and initiate a variety of age-appropriate activities.
