This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our product development by mentoring talent, allocating resources strategically, and advancing cutting-edge technologies - including AI-driven solutions.\n\nAs a hands-on leader, you’ll guide technical direction, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure our solutions remain competitive and impactful in the market.\nJob Description and Requirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and mentor a team of software engineers and/or architects across multiple product areas.\nDrive development of existing applications, including new platform s where majority of the work is AI-driven.\nAllocate and validate engineering resources based on Scrum team needs and business priorities.\nActively participate in the engineering process, contributing to software design, development, and integration.\nConduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.\nPromote domain knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the team.\nProvide technical leadership and serve as a technology advisor to the business.\nRepresent direct reports in discussions about career growth, assignments, and opportunities.\nStay current with software technology trends and ensure our solutions remain marketable and competitive.\nSupport organizational initiatives, including process improvements and special projects.\nMay occasionally handle Level II technical support calls after hours.\nMinimum Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.\nProven ability to hire , lead and grow high-performing engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles and experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor) into development workflows.\nExperience with SaaS or other enterprise software development.\nFamiliarity with data modelling, ingestion and transformation .\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with government-facing applications within FedRamp compliance .\nBackground in legal tech or eDiscovery.\nExposure to strategic thinking and planning\nPassionate about building applications with intuitive user experience .\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.\nThis position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.\nThe expected salary range for this role is between following values:\n$155,000 and $233,000\nThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
