We work diligently to listen and provide value to your unique needs. www.OrionGRPS.comOVERVIEW At Orion, we are seeking a Revenue Cycle IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT initiatives within the healthcare domain, with a specific focus on Cerner or Epic Revenue Cycle. This opportunity involves managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and managed service partners.OPPORTUNITY12-month Contract-to-Hire; Fully Remote (U.S. – Central & Eastern Time Zones)SALARY $130,000 – $150,000 W2 plus benefitsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and coordinate all phases of project activities, implementing Cerner or Epic Best Practices.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders.Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues.Forecast and track project financials.Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teams.Collaborate with third-party vendors, MSPs, internal departments, and service partners.KEY EXPERIENCEProven experience managing projects involving Cerner or Epic Revenue CycleHands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle solutions, including Cadence, Prelude, MyChart and HelloWorldHands-on experience with Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions, including Cerner Registration, Charge Services, and/or XRStrong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes, including workflow and technical understanding in the Cerner or Epic spaceExperience with ServiceNow and project management tools Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively along with excellent verbal and written communicationPMI or PMP certification (strongly preferred)Bachelor’s degree (in a technical field is preferred)INTERVIEW PROCESSQuick turnaround: preliminary interview followed by team interview on phone and Google Meets.Typically, one round with the hiring manager, joined by the team (virtual interview), possibly two rounds if necessary.Orion Groups is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
