Operations Manager

New search for an Operations Manager for leading manufacturing client in the Chesterfield, MO area. The ideal candidate will have a min of 7 years exp in a manufacturing environment with a hands-on approach and focus; Electronic/electrical components/equipment and ~ 2 years min management responsibility pref’d. Prior experience in production of complex products and assy; Solid growth opportunity for Hi-Pot professional in growing fortune 500+ client with path to Sr Ops Manager and Ops Director; Prior experience with ISO 9001 or similar; Strong people leader with experience with culture change and an aptitude for data and statistical evaluation to determine trends and formulate plans; You will have a strategic focus to determine areas of growth and posture for future state; Prior experience with testing and evaluation of electronic components, circuit boards or similar complex components/assys/equipment etc. pref’d; Focus on Continuous improvement/lean; Ability and affinity to train, coach and mentor team members. BA/BS Req’d, Masters Pref’d; Statistical and data analysis to facilitate issue resolution pref’d. Travel <10%.
