Working with stakeholders throughout the Marketing department and the wider organization, your day-to-day is focused on creating timelines, managing workflow, and communicating the status of current projects.\n\nYou are a highly organized and understand the Creative and Video production process and what it takes to enable great ideas to come to life.\n\nYou know how to keep teams focused, on task and aligned to deadlines from kick off to delivery.\n\nYou understand how to manage internal stakeholders within the creative process but also understand that creative work often requires flexibility. You’re able to prioritize and juggle multiple people, tasks, and projects, and when blockers occur, can pivot to find solutions to meet the needs of the project.\n\nYou have a sense of humor, a favorite meme and a desire for team camaraderie. You work well within a team and are not afraid to contribute ideas and inspiration, as well as being self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.\n\nYour experience and ideas will help shape the evolving Marketing function at Credit Acceptance, and our goal to build a world-class in-house agency.\n\nOutcomes and Activities:\nThis position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an assigned Southfield, Michigan office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at a Southfield, Michigan office location if requested by the team member.\nServing as a point of contact between Creative Operations and internal stakeholders to coordinate resources and timelines, based on scope and project requirements.\nInitiating projects in the workflow management system (Workfront) with required information.\nScheduling kick-offs, Creative and internal reviews in accordance with timelines.\nEnsuring deliverables meet established objectives and answers the brief.\nSupporting the Creative team by ensuring they have all necessary assets and information to perform their work.\nMonitoring and reporting on project progress across assigned business owners and partners.\nWhen facing roadblocks, creating solutions that still meet the project timings and objectives.\nActing as a champion of Creative to maintain creative processes and best practices within the Marketing function.\nLeading complex projects involving multiple channels with multiple deliverables.\nEnsuring project assets are correctly stored and archived in the DAM (Adobe Asset Manager).\nActively gaining in-depth knowledge of the business by understanding the brand and our audiences and embracing overarching company values.\nChampioning continuous improvement of processes and technology that can scale to continue delivering on our success as we grow.\nKnowledge and Skills\nA deep understanding of the creative process, as well as video and creative production, and skills needed to deliver on varying types of projects digital and social to print and video.\nA strong understanding of optimizing team performance and ensuring efficient project delivery.\nThe skill to collaborate effectively with Creative and Video teams, marketing, production, and other departments to align project objectives, priorities, and timelines, ensuring smooth communication and project progression.\nThe ability to translate briefs into actionable tasks, ensuring that projects are aligned with strategic goals and creative visions.\nExperience in adapting to changing priorities, adjusting workflows, and effectively managing teams through transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to project delivery.\nExperience in managing outside vendors and freelancers and integrating them seamlessly into the process and team.\nA commitment to staying updated on industry best practices, emerging tools, and trends in Creative and Marketing.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of cross functional team member toward a common goal or project initiative.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role with a track record of overseeing projects from concept through delivery.\nA proven track record of managing creative projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight, while maintaining high-quality outcomes.\nFamiliarity with the creative process, including design, copywriting, video, and production workflows.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.\nProficiency in using project management planning tools and software.\nTeam player who adds value with a solution-oriented mindset and an affinity for growth.\nPreferred:\nMix of agency and in-house experience.\nExperience using Microsoft Planner and Adobe Workfront to manage projects.\nTargeted Compensation: $78,000 - $91,000 base salary + an annual bonus plan.\nThis position is not currently open to individuals who require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance, such as H-1b / H-4 or F-1 OPT visa holders.\n#LI-Remote\n#zip\nBenefits\nExcellent benefits package that includes 401(K) match, adoption assistance, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical/ dental/vision and many nonstandard benefits that make us a Great Place to Work\nOur Company Values:\nTo be successful in this role, Team Members need to be:\nPositive by maintaining resiliency and focusing on solutions\nRespectful by collaborating and actively listening\nInsightful by cultivating innovation, accumulating business and role specific knowledge, demonstrating self-awareness and making quality decisions\nDirect by effectively communicating and conveying courage\nEarnest by taking accountability, applying feedback and effectively planning and priority setting\nExpectations:\nRemain compliant with our policies processes and legal guidelines\nAll other duties as assigned\nAttendance as required by department\nAdvice !\nWe understand that your career search may look different than others.
