Isolations of leaks when required.\nElectrical duties include resetting circuit breakers, replacing receptacles and switches.\nPerform minor carpentry repairs.\nInvestigate complaints in dorm rooms and take corrective action.\nAssist with housekeeping on a limited basis.\nAssist with digging holes as needed to repair UG wiring and piping.\nWork with others to perform repairs and maintenance.\nOperate a computer to create and respond to work orders, enter time worked and leave requests.\nMaintain a professional appearance, build and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, students and supervisors.\nIntegrity, communication, respect, accountability, teamwork.\n\nIf you are a retiree of the Florida Retirement System (FRS), please check with the FRS on how your current benefits will be affected if you are re-employed with the State of Florida.
