Field Service Technician

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role located in Vancouver, WA, for a Field Service Technician for our X-ray Service Department. The Technician will be responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, including inspection equipment, reject devices, and other peripheral equipment, at client sites. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing system inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, and collaborating with clients to ensure optimal equipment functionality. The role also requires detailed documentation of service activities and effective communication with clients and team members to address technical concerns and recommend improvements. QualificationsAbility and willingness to travel regionally and internationally to client sites and work regularly in food manufacturing facilitiesAbility and willingness to work outside of standard Monday-Friday schedule required for both planned and last-minute services.
