At MTI we believe that taking care of our employees means to ensure that they can live healthy balanced lives which results in better work performance.\n\nGeneral Summary:\nPrograms, operates, and manages 4D, SharePoint, Document Management and PC systems software.\n\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nImplement and maintain the MTI custom data collection systems utilizing 4D Programming Language.\nImplement and maintain the MTI SharePoint and Teams systems and related functions.\nImplement and maintain Antibus weigh scale software and reporting systems.\nInteracts with customers for customer specific bar code label requirements.\nTroubleshooting system, software, or user problems.\nTraining of users to work with new systems and versions.\nCreating and maintaining documentation for the systems software.\nProvide backup support for day-to-day functions as required.\nKnowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.\nAbove average analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to coordinate and organize multiple priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to train users with varying levels of technical understanding.\nWorking Conditions\n\nThe Programmer-Analyst will reside in the office, however, will be in the plant occasionally.
