They will possess strong technical computer skills and demonstrate excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. They will work closely with the FP&A team and other departments to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful information to internal stakeholders. To succeed in this role, they will manage large amounts of data and be able to summarize the data for management in a meaningful and actionable manner.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProduce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.\nAnalyze business and financial data.\nAssist with annual plan (budget) and projection processes.\nAnalyze sales data by product, customer, and territory classifications.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements and Skills:\nStrong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.\nExcellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable learning and working in a variety of software applications.\nExperience with NetSuite and BI tools a plus (not required).\nFamiliarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles preferred.\nAttention to accuracy and detail required.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field required.\n3+ years of professional experience as a financial analyst or accountant.\n\nRemote Work Environment and Personal Obligation Management\nAs a remote-first company, we are committed to providing our team members with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
