Strategic Account Manager - Retail
POSITION INFORMATIONThe Strategic Account Manager will work to penetrate Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail customers to both introduce the Datalogic brand and establish executive level and decision maker relationships to ultimately sell all Datalogic products and solutions throughout the organization. ROLE MISSIONThe Datalogic Strategic Account Manager (SAM), maintains and expands relationships with strategically important customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAchieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts Establishes productive, professional relationships with key executive personnel in assigned customer accounts.Develops annual business plans with assigned partners and conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure execution to plan.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestonesMaintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.Execution of strategic or tactical objectives that are assigned as part of the global or regional business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEducation (School/Specialization)Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or similar.
