Line Cook

Bub and Grandma’s Pizza is seeking Line Cooks to join the opening team at our new restaurant in Highland Park. Applicants should be seasoned professionals with several years of kitchen experience under their belt. Previous experience with pizza is a plus. They should also be comfortable and confident working in a high volume, fast-paced, energetic environment, with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency, while upholding the standards of Bub and Grandma’s. The ideal candidate stays calm and focused under pressure, is open to feedback, and is always looking to improve. Applicants should be skilled communicators, organized, empathetic, driven and kind. They should be comfortable working collaboratively with managers, leads and fellow employees. Cooks will report directly to the Head Chef.
