Working closely with our world-class cross-functional team, you will execute and author test cases, hunt down defects, and help ship the software that powers the world's most advanced robotic fulfillment system. Nimble Cloud Logistics is a 30-person team that is core to delivering effective solutions to Nimble's customers. On occasion, the team is expected to work extended hours, including weekends, to launch large revenue opportunities for the company.\r\nResponsibilities Continuously stay caught up to speed with definition of expected behavior\r\nExecute QA test cases defined in our test management tooling for functional, regression, and release testing\r\nAuthor new, clearly written test cases and contribute to steadily improving test coverage\r\nReproduce, document, and track defects with precise reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and severity assessments\r\nVerify bug fixes and perform regression testing ahead of releases\r\nTest REST APIs directly (e.g., via Postman or scripts) and validate data correctness using SQL\r\nApply a variety of testing methodologies (functional, negative, boundary, exploratory) to our robotic fulfillment product\r\nCollaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and flag ambiguity early\r\nContribute small scripts or tooling improvements that speed up repetitive testing tasks\r\nBe able to leverage AI tooling to speed up testing velocity and strengthen testing quality\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field\r\n2+ years of industry experience in QA testing\r\nExperience performing QA tests for web, mobile, or desktop apps\r\nWorking knowledge of SQL and REST APIs\r\nStrong written communication skills – clear test steps and unambiguous bug reports\r\nHigh attention to detail and a methodical, curious approach to breaking software\r\nAbility to work from written requirements and gain clarity when expectations are ambiguous\r\nStrong drive to grow and stay current with innovations in the QA field\r\nAdditional Requirements Exposure to GraphQL and/or gRPC APIs\r\nExperience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail)\r\nDomain experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment\r\nWilling to work extended hours and weekends if needed\r\nCompensation The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $110,000 and $130,000/year .
