You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily warehouse activities and help lead the team to success. This position has much potential for growth, and we need a leader with a go-getter attitude to help continue to build upon our vision! This position does require previous supervisor experience such as a shift lead or previous supervisory role!Responsibilities:Manage day to day warehouse operations for a staff of 4-6 team membersFill in as a Dispatcher as neededAllocate resources and materials to meet project deadlinesLead a talented team using performance metricsForecast needs and changes based on service metrics and sales trendsHands on support for your teamQualifications:Previous experience in operations or other related fieldsStrong project management skillsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong leadership qualitiesAutomotive experience is a plus!Must have previous supervisor experienceAny job offer is contingent on a satisfactory background screen.
