The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of complex initiatives, and is capable of delivering high-quality solutions under tight timelines.This is a high-impact opportunity to influence core infrastructure within a rapidly scaling fintech platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applicationsArchitect and implement backend services using modern Spring frameworksDebug and resolve complex production issues to ensure system reliabilityProvide technical support and collaboration across internal departmentsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeDevelop and optimize unit and integration testsQuickly onboard into existing systems and ensure seamless continuityStay current with emerging technologies and engineering best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of professional Java development experienceStrong expertise in Java, including generics and lambda expressionsDeep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patternsAdvanced knowledge of multi-threading and concurrent programmingStrong ability to read, analyze, and work within large existing codebasesExpert-level SQL knowledge with experience in MySQLHands-on experience with Redis and caching strategiesExperience working with AWS servicesStrong knowledge of Docker and KubernetesExpertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFluxExperience implementing comprehensive unit and integration testingMandarin language proficiency to support cross‑regional communication and project alignmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in a startup or high-growth fintech environmentStrong debugging and performance optimization skillsDemonstrated ownership of complex technical projectsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly across departmentsAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
