We have been a leader in the medical aesthetics industry for 18 years, with 5 locations in Texas where we offer results-driven, medical-grade aesthetic treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Mesopen, and Ultrasonic Facials.We're scaling rapidly and seek a Clinic Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a small team, and optimize operations with unmatched precision. If you are a competitive, results-oriented individual that would like the opportunity to take ownership and have a key role in a company's expansion- this is your chance!Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve minimum of $40k/month sales through strategic consultations and upselling.Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision.Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction.Train and manage 1-2 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence.Support marketing to boost leads and visibility.What We Offer $18/hour base + commission, with top earners exceeding $80k/year.Full-time, 80 hours biweekly (Tuesday-Friday with alternating Mondays & Saturdays)Benefits: 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, performance-based incentives, and deep employee discounts on all services after 90 days of employment.Free medical aesthetic training and ongoing support in a results-driven culture.Who SHOULD Apply? Proven Closer: 2+ years in High Sales position, exceeding $30k/month sales.Skilled Aesthetician: Expert in Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting.Structured Leader: Thrives in protocol-driven, high-accountability settings.Self-Starter: Aligns with leadership, committed to integrity.Who Should NOT Apply?
