ACL Digital is hiring an Employee Development Specialist (Instructor) for a contract with direct client in Everett WA and Renton WA (Onsite)Job Title: Employee Development Specialist (Instructor)Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)Manufacturing Functional Excellence - Training and Compliance Team seeks Senior Employee Development Specialists with aerospace/aircraft manufacturing expertise to train new hires and upskill current employees in manufacturing, quality, and foundational skills.Key Responsibilities:Deliver coaching training on manufacturing skills, quality assurance, blueprints/schematics, and safety standards.Facilitate learning events, assess performance, and recommend improvements.Serve as SME for training consultations, develop enhancements, and lead Train-the-Trainer sessions.Ensure compliance with regulations; collaborate on projects and evaluations.Required Skills:Experience manufacturing/aerospace skills (military experience accepted).Prior training/mentoring in team environments.Strong communication, presentation, and assessment skills.
