Operations Analyst

Job Title: Invoice & Turnover Package Review Analyst About the Company:Our client is seeking an Invoice & Turnover Package Review Analyst to support solar project operations by reviewing, validating, and approving project turnover packages. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards and is ready for invoicing and payment processing.The position sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and partner coordination, contributing to process efficiency, risk reduction, and overall project scalability. Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners, managing pipelines and escalationsRespond to inquiries and ensure timely resolution within service levelsReview and validate solar project turnover packages for accuracy and completeness - customer agreement, proposal, stamped design plan, permit, installation photosApprove, reject, or return submissions based on established criteriaTrack submission status and follow up on outstanding itemsPrepare, submit, and track incentive applications and required documentationMaintain accurate records for approvals, payments, and compliance auditsEnsure CRM data accuracy and consistency across projects and stakeholdersGenerate reports on project status, throughput, and operational metricsIdentify process gaps and recommend improvementsFollow standard procedures, escalate issues, and support operational initiatives Required Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field2–8+ years of experience in:Invoice processing or accounts payableDocument compliance, audit, or billing operationsSolar or energy project operations is a mustExperience in the residential solar industryProficiency and experience in CRM systems Preferred Skills:Experience in invoice compliance and package validationFamiliarity with solar or construction documentation (permits, PTO, incentives)Experience working with US-based stakeholders in remote or global teams Personality:Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and complianceAnalytical thinker with problem-solving capabilitiesAble to manage high-volume workflows under deadlinesStrong communicator and collaborative team playerProactive and process-improvement driven Salary and Benefits:Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
