This role partners closely with DISA Program Managers, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Technical Leads, and Government stakeholders to ensure contract performance, operational excellence, and successful delivery of secure, resilient IT services supporting warfighter and enterprise missions.\n\nProgram Leadership & Delivery Oversight\nProvide leadership and operational oversight for DISA programs supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity operations, systems engineering, network operations, and mission support services.\nLead Task Leads and cross-functional teams supporting DISA mission partners, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Fourth Estate organizations, and other DoW customers.\nEnsure disciplined execution across the program while maintaining compliance with cost, schedule, technical performance, cybersecurity, and contractual requirements.\nOversee delivery of mission-critical services supporting secure DoW enterprise environments with high availability and operational readiness.\nTrack contract performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, staffing levels, risks, and deliverables.\nSupport resource allocation decisions including staffing, workforce planning, and operational coverage to meet mission and service requirements.\nPartner with corporate leadership and finance teams to monitor program performance, manage burn rates, and support financial planning activities.\nEnsure delivery aligns with defined service level objectives (SLOs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality assurance requirements.\nReporting & Contract Compliance\nOversee development and delivery of all required program reporting, including daily operations summaries, weekly activity reports, and monthly performance and status reports.\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of reporting across performance metrics, staffing, financials, and deliverables.\nProvide clear communication to Government stakeholders on program status, risks, issues, and performance trends.\nSupport contract compliance activities, including quality assurance plans, performance monitoring, and audit readiness.\nCustomer Engagement\nCoordinate with Government leadership, including Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and program stakeholders, to support execution and performance management.\nPeople & Organizational Leadership\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.\nEstablish consistent program governance, delivery processes, and best practices across the team.\nMentor Task Leads and technical staff to strengthen delivery capabilities and team performance.\nStrategy & Execution\nAlign program execution with organizational priorities and DISA mission requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support evolving technology needs.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need to Join Our Team\nClearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance.\nExperience: 10+ years supporting DoW programs with experience in operational IT environments.\nCertification: PMP (or equivalent) preferred.\nProgram Management: 5+ years managing complex programs or task orders, including oversight of cost, schedule, performance, and contract deliverables.\nOperational Delivery: Demonstrated experience managing IT service delivery or network/infrastructure operations, including environments with high availability or 24x7 support requirements.\nTechnical Environment: Background supporting enterprise environments such as network operations, infrastructure services, cybersecurity operations, or cloud platforms.\nPerformance Management: Experience managing programs against service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and quality assurance requirements.\nFederal Experience: Experience working directly with DISA, DoW agencies, Combatant Commands, or Fourth Estate organizations.\nLeadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, manage staffing plans, and support workforce planning in dynamic operational
