The intern will also contribute to process improvement activities, prepare project updates, and support technical or laboratory‑based tasks as needed based on current business priorities.\nResponsibilities Assist with project planning, timeline tracking, risk logs, and team coordination for active R&D NPI projects.\nOrganize program documentation and prepare team updates.\nSupport process optimization activities within the project lifecycle.\nHelp prepare project updates and support technical or laboratory‑based tasks as required.\nQualifications Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.\nDemonstrated interest in research, product development, or laboratory‑based experimentation within a regulated or technical environment.\nAbility to follow defined testing protocols, document results accurately, and analyze experimental data with attention to detail.\nStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced R&D setting.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with lab equipment, CAD tools, or data analysis software is a plus.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and present findings clearly.\nCompensation Estimated hourly rate: $24/Hr. – $26/Hr.
