Our mission is to deliver simple, effective tools that improve how businesses accept payments, manage operations, and build customer loyalty.What you'll do:Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers and partnersHandle inquiries related to deposits, batches, statements, billing, and reconciliationTroubleshoot account and technical issues with clarity and careEscalate complex matters when needed and ensure full resolutionDocument interactions and manage cases using internal systems and CRM toolsParticipate in outbound engagement efforts to support retention and relationship-buildingStay up to date on products, services, and policy updates to provide accurate supportWhat we're looking for:1–3 years of experience in customer support, client success, or technical supportStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfort using CRM platforms and support toolsExperience in merchant services or payment processing (a strong plus)Why RedFynnWe're not a big corporate machine.
