SATCOM Test & Evaluation Engineer

Develop T&E strategies, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) content, verification plans, test objectives, test procedures, and evaluation criteria Collect, analyze, and report T&E data Supporting implementation of common Test and Evaluation database for the program Supporting development of DoD compliant deficiency reporting and resolution system Participate in T&E reviews, audits, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Deficiency Review Boards (DRBs), Materiel Improvement Process Review Boards (MIPRBs), and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) Support and observe test execution at DoD and contractor facilities Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field 3-5 years of experience supporting or executing multi-faceted test activities Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with SATCOM system testing Experience working with military or DoD civilian partners
