Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Huntsville, AL. The Commercial Loan Assistant will play a key role in supporting loan operations by preparing and reviewing loan documents, assisting with loan closings, and maintaining accurate loan servicing records. The role involves regular customer interactions to address inquiries, provide updates, and deliver exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with loan officers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining organized records for loan files. Qualifications Experience with Loan Servicing and handling Loans, with a strong understanding of related processesProficiency in preparing and reviewing Loan Documents and assisting with Loan ClosingsExceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionallyDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team and independently in an on-site environmentFamiliarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plusProficiency in computer systems and loan processing softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; additional banking or finance coursework is advantageous
