HVAC Technician III (Paris, TX)

Position Title: HVAC Technician Location: Paris, TX Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience.Position Description:Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems at a high-paced manufacturing facility in Paris, TX. In this role, you will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure optimal operation of a variety of HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VAVs, AHUs, and ventilation systems. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment. Responsibilities include analyzing system data, operating and maintaining refrigerant systems, managing BMS controls, and supporting system upgrades and repairs. You will work closely with team members, follow safety procedures, and participate in emergency response as needed.
