You’ll drive measurable improvement across our growth loops by building and optimizing experiments and product changes across our marketing, web and app experiences.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll work directly with engineering, design, data, and growth to find the biggest growth opportunities, ship changes quickly, and build the experiments, channels, and lifecycle systems that compound over time. You’ll be deep in the product, deciding what to build and shipping it.You’ve built and scaled growth systems before and want to do it again. You’re strong with data and get into it yourself, but you pair that with customer-obsessed product judgment and empathy for users. You move, take ownership and would like to make an impact.What You'll Do:Own key growth levers in the discovery, signup, activation and promotional surfaces. Deliver the highest-impact opportunities across consideration, sign up and life cycle decision points, and then improve themRun experiments end-to-end. Form the hypothesis, design the test, ship it, read the results, and roll out what worksBuild and scale growth loops. Optimize our engagement and growth loops that compound over timeImprove activation and retention. Get customers to value faster, and give them reasons to stayPartner across the company to ship fast. Work directly with engineering, design, data, and marketing to move growth changes quickly across web and appBuild the tools growth depends on. Work with engineering on the experimentation setup, event tracking, and lifecycle tooling the team needs to learn from every changeMinimum Qualifications:7+ years of product management experience, with several years focused on growth — owning acquisition, activation, retention, or monetizationYou’ve built and scaled growth or acquisition systems before, with measurable resultsYou own experiments end-to-end and are fluent with product analytics (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) — you define the metric, design the test, and read the results yourselfStrong with data and paired with real-world product judgment and empathy for users; you know when to trust the numbers and when to trust qualitative signalsYou know when to take a big swing with limited data versus optimize what already works, and can explain your reasoningYou move fast and operate with high ownership in a fast-changing environmentA strong communicator who can align engineering, design, data, and marketing without formal authorityYou create organization and direction from a set of problems, leading your team towards a clear and well-developed end goalPreferred Qualifications:You’ve built multi-channel acquisition across growth marketing, product-led growth, SEO/ASO, referrals, and lifecycleYou’ve stood up an experimentation program or culture from scratchExperience with pricing and packaging, churn and reactivation, or onboarding optimizationBackground at a high-growth consumer, subscription, or marketplace companyBenefits & Perks:Competitive salary; onsite Monday-WednesdayGym reimbursementFree cellular service on the best network in the USFree lunch in the NYC office and a fully stocked kitchenMetroCard reimbursementFlexible working hoursThink you're a good fit?
