The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of security procedures, and the ability to adapt to varying environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct regular site visits to ensure all security measures comply with company standards and client expectations.\nServe as the primary point of contact between security personnel and upper management, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.\nDevelop and implement security protocols and standard operating procedures across multiple sites.\nOversee the training and development of security staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.\nManage scheduling, site coverage, and deployment of security teams to various locations.\nConduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and lead disciplinary actions when necessary.\nCoordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.\nPrepare and present detailed reports on security status, incidents, and site visit outcomes to upper management.\nImplement crisis management plans and respond to emergencies with professionalism and authority.\nMaintain a deep understanding of industry trends and make recommendations for security enhancements.\nQualifications\nProven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar leadership role in the security industry.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and sites simultaneously.\nExcellent organizational and leadership skills.\nKnowledge of legal guidelines for private security and public safety.\nFamiliarity with incident reporting and emergency response planning.\nProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with security management software is a plus.\nValid California Guard Card required.\nSB 1626 Security Officer Training certificate required.\nCalifornia Sexual Harassment Prevention Training certificate required.\nValid CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel between multiple client sites.\nAbility to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.\nAdditional security, leadership, or emergency management certifications are a plus.\nWhy Join Aventus Security?\nAt Aventus Security, we pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellence.
