{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4c886f3d3ceeeccdc214d11e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4c886f3d3ceeeccdc214d11e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4c886f3d3ceeeccdc214d11e","title":"Production Supervisor *Multiple Shifts*","description":"Responsibilities:\nMonitor, promote and enforce safe practices at all times\nCoordinate activities to ensure safe working environment\nMonitor and enforce compliance to attendance policy and all other policies as per company handbook on a daily basis\nPromptly attend and resolve hourly employee conflicts as required\nPromote subordinate involvement and promptly address respective requests and concerns\nEnsure high quality transition between shifts in all production aspects\nAccurately and promptly communicate deviation in plan to all affected areas\nProactively identify areas of concern (safety, quality, delivery, morale) promptly and accurately\nPlan daily production activities and resources to ensure smooth operation at minimum cost\nPromptly communicate changes and assignments to subordinates\nFrequently audit all subordinate activities to ensure 100% compliance to their respective responsibilities and assignments\nValidate that all scrap parts are non-compliant to quality standards prior to disposal\nCoordinate time and resources to validate that all subordinates are properly trained when assigned to their working areas\nPromptly and effectively communicate with co-workers\nEnsure readiness of all resources required to meet 100% production schedule requirements at all times\nEnsure readiness of all resources required to meet production scrap, machine efficiency and labor efficiency goals established by upper management\nEnforce containment of defective product at the source and coordinate activities to promptly manage or correct the problem\nMonitor and enforce housekeeping standards\nReview, monitor and approve timecards & time off request in HRIS system\nAdministers performance evaluations as necessary\nTrains subordinates as needed\nAnnually trained to perform specific functions of Hazardous Waste management including;
