Location for this position is in Tampa, FL.\nIn this role, your responsibilities will be:\nDevelop deep expertise in our technology and help throughout customer's journey with our software.\nFacilitate adoption of our existing solution through discussions about the company's business goals and objectives.\nFoster a trusted relationship with assigned customers to drive value, satisfaction, retention, and growth.\nContinuously share and educate customers on new features, relevant use cases, and industry best practices.\nAdvise and assist our customers on how to achieve their goals through our products and services.\nBreakdown problems and determine and apply solutions.\nAssist customer in account configuration, help customers through the product training process, troubleshoot technical challenges, and drive solutions for customers.\nBuild meaningful relationships with customers to truly understand their challenges and create custom solutions or workarounds to meet their unique needs.\nAdvocate for customer feature requests and collaborate with the Product team to prioritize and implement requests.\nTrack and report on critical metrics for the Implementation process.\nBe a clear and confident communicator who proactively engages with teammates and new customers, managing expectations effectively and fostering a transparent and trusting environment.\nFostering an environment for our customers where questions are encouraged\nAttributes of a great team member:\nDisplays a passion for helping others reach success\nActively listens to & empathizes with customers, partners and teammates\nPursues relationships with all types of different customers, learns from them and help them to learn\nAsks questions with a spirit of curiosity\nGives feedback freely with candor and grace, welcomes it in return\nJob Specifications & Requirements:\n· Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3 years working in a Data-driven IT environment (REQUIRED)\n· Knowledge of CRM and data analysis\n· Well-developed relationship building skills, ability to build credibility and influence within and outside the team\n· Excellent communication skills in writing, presentations, and negotiations\n· Self-directed and results-oriented with a track record of improving results\n· Team player, able to work in a matrix environment\n· Skilled in business acumen, analysis and problem-solving\n· Aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies and working knowledge of Outlook, Gmail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams (or other web-based communication tool) and CRM tools\nBenefits:\n· Comprehensive Medical Insurance, Dental, Life, Long-Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) retirement saving plan with company match.\n· Flexible Paid Time off with Company Holidays\nRepfabric® is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
