Sales Representative - GA
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Engaging with customers to understand their needs, maintaining strong relationships.
Proactively reaches out to current Single A Customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Customers.
Customer acquisition through email and phone campaigns, utilizing sales techniques and strategies.
Developing a strong understanding of the company's products, features, benefits, and applications staying updated on industry trends, competitor's offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position products.
Achieving inside sales targets, reporting metric updates, and addressing customer concerns.
Collaborating with internal teams for quick issue resolution and improvement projects.
Utilizing CRM System (HubSpot) for effective sales process management, pulling reports, sending lead generation emails and gathering contact information for calls.
Vetting warm leads generated from the Company Website, CRM and Trade Shows.
Assist with transition of Single A to Double AA Customers.
Coaching the customer on belt measuring and assessment.
Providing accurate information for quotes, proposals and RMA's in a timely manner, and collaborating with client services, sourcing, sales and other internal customers.
Travel to customers as needed with assigned outside sales.
Provides detailed documentation of customer interaction as required in CRM or any other system as required by department SOPs.
Works on assigned projects designed to improve the experience or efficiency of the department.
OWNS
Managing customer relationships alongside outside sellers.
Account Management for Single A Customers and accounts outside of territories.
Driving inside sales growth in the assigned region.
Tracking and reporting on key customer KPIs.
Executing outbound call and email strategies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proficiency in Sparks' product categories and lines, with moderate technical aptitude.
Strong communication and people skills. Including phone and email etiquette.
Effective customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
Organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to multitask.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in technology and business systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic math skills and familiarity with tape measures.
Ability to travel to participate in minimal travel to customers with Sales as needed.
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
2+ years' experience in mechanical, industrial, or related field, with customer service or sales experience preferred.
2+ years' experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software preferred.
