Regional Expansion Coordinator

Job Description Regional Expansion Coordinator builds and oversees the teams that are helping individualsand families heal from trauma by applying Christian faith-based principles to their lives. Responsible for growing the reach and impact of the organization's Internationalprograms. Build local teams throughout the region. Establish contact with potential new Reboot course leaders. Screen potential leaders to ensure they are a good fit to be a course leader. Explain the process of starting a group, building a leadership team, engaging thecommunity, inviting participants and accessing course materials. Support and coach the leaders of the new group during the 12-week courses Oversee RLA type training of new leaders. Assist current leaders to select and raise up more new leaders. Following up with and nurturing leads for new course locations (via the outreach ofthe regional lead team through conferences, networking and other connections) Translating video and text content into the Russian and Ukrainian languages. Make cultural changes to current training materials. Establish and maintain connections in the community for outreach purposes. Keep necessary and helpful notes in Active Campaign about conversations withleads/potential leads. Help with logistics of planning onboarding events. Build relationships with regional local churches and other like-mindedorganizations.Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any specialty in the humanities field. 2 years of experience in a Christin leadership role. Certification in Biblical and Theological studies. Must have ministry experience related to mental health. Must have network building experience. Must have small group facilitation and training experience. Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
