Key Responsibilities: -Create and prepare daily menus featuring fresh vegetables and seasonal ingredients. - Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new and exciting dishes. - Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation. - Assist in inventory management and ordering of fresh produce. - Participate in menu tastings and presentations. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Strong knowledge of vegetable preparation and cooking techniques. - Ability to design and execute daily menus with creativity and flair. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
