The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and a proven track record of delivering performant, maintainable front-end solutions in complex environments. Working experience with Java services and infrastructure (terraform, AWS cloud, kubernetes) is a plus.\n\nThis is a hybrid role, based in Seattle, WA.\n\nOnsite presence of 4 days per week is expected Monday through Thursday, Remote Fridays\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js\nBuild reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and consistency\nTranslate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient code\nOptimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers\nLead front-end architecture decisions and contribute to technical design discussions\nMentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards\nEnsure best practices in state management, component design, and performance optimization\nWrite unit and integration tests to ensure UI reliability and quality\nParticipate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelors or equivalent experience\n2-3 years of experience in front-end or UI development\n2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3\nExperience with modern React features: Hooks, Context, functional components\nHands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux\nStrong experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services\nSolid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with TypeScript\nFamiliarity with Next.js or other React frameworks\nExperience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra, etc.)\nKnowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools\nExperience working in large-scale applications\nAndroid Native is plus\nWorking experience on Java services is a plus.\nExperience on AWS cloud, kubernetes, provisioning infrastructure using Terraform is desirable, but not a must.\n\nSoft Skills\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to work independently and lead UI initiatives\nPassion for clean code, usability, and user experience\nComfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments\n\nWe have a global team of amazing individuals working on highly innovative enterprise projects & products.
