In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing materials movement within our warehouse, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the safe handling of products. Your proactive approach will support our production and shipping processes, contributing to the seamless operation of our facility.\nResponsibilities\nLoad and unload materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards\nPick, pack, and prepare orders accurately utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems\nOperate cranes and mechanical equipment for handling large or heavy items with precision\nAssist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation\nConduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting to move materials safely within the warehouse\nMaintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency\nSupport warehouse supervisors in inventory management and materials tracking\nSkills\nProven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and materials handling\nSkilled in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and crane equipment safely\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control\nKnowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling\nMechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for understanding equipment functions\nAbility to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper manual handling techniques\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving processes\nJoin us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in aerospace support!
