The McWane/Manchester Way Compass includes eight core principles to guide our team members: Communication, Safety, Environment, Leadership, Trust, Excellence, Accountability, and Teamwork.\nResponsibilities:\nThe Machine Operator is responsible for:\nManage the operation of all types of machines and work to ensure that they are maintained.\nReads and interprets blueprints, tape measures, schedules, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating.\nSet up and operate fabricating machines according to the specifications.\nWork to adjust and operate speed and control the load of the machines.\nMonitor the finished products obtained to ensure the quality conforms to the specifications.\nMonitor the machine's workings and report any needs for improvement, defects, malfunctions, etc.\nOperation of lifting devices as needed.
